Excitement is building as first ever ALL-STAR CLASSIC IS ON THE WAY.
With the growth of the ITHL, we as a League decided it would be a good idea to finally put together an All-Star game in order to show off the league’s best talent.
A draw with all 16 team names in a hat would decide who would host the first ever ITHL All-Star Classic and the winner couldn’t have been more suited for this occasion… The Comic Clowns.
The ITHL will be moving to Pittsburgh for All-Star Weekend! The Clowns seem very excited to be named hosts, and already have many events planned. One is a glizzy eating contest against their mascot at the first intermission of Game 1. More details to come, but it promises to be an exciting weekend for the fans!
Early friday morning, ballots were sent out to all players within the ITHL. They could vote for two players from each team who they thought deserved an All-Star appearance. Each of the 16 teams would only have one player representing their Club at the All-Star Game, so it was inevitable that there would be BIG TIME SNUBS..
Once the ballots were all counted, All-Stars were announced 1 by 1 Live on Stream…
The Top 5 vote getters were…

3. Dee Skular (Blue Dragons)
4. Jarry (In CIder)
5. He Hate Me (SkubHub).
One very notable All-Star snub was Freddy Douglas of 716. He has been putting on a clinic this season, and is one of the top power forwards (maybe besides Fermedon Tayeul) in the league. He took to twitter to voice his displeasures…
There might be some truth behind those words…
but nevertheless the All-Star Game will be full of high quality talent and it promises to be a great night for everyone involved.
